When you choose a home at pet-friendly* Foothills Village Mobile Home Community, safety and civic pride are part of the package.

Your monthly lot rent of only $575, plus utilities billed separately:

• Water – $24 per month
• Sewer – $35 per month
• Trash – $12 per month

Residents are also responsible for their own electric, phone, cable, WiFi, etc.

*We allow 2 pets per site, maximum size of 21” at the shoulder, no aggressive breeds please
